Pause
A slower-paced, restorative Reformer Pilates class designed to help you reset and recharge. This session blends deep stretching, breathwork and gentle strengthening to improve mobility, release tension and restore balance. Perfect for days when you want to move without intensity, or as active recovery alongside other training.

Flow
Where form meets fluidity, combining breath-led movement with controlled resistance to build strength, mobility and balance. This class focuses on intentional, precise movements that enhance core stability, postural alignment and coordination. Each session is designed to challenge without overwhelming, helping you build strength and connection over time.

A dynamic, full-body Reformer Pilates class where strength meets precision. Faster-paced and more challenging, Ignite blends coordinated transitions and advanced variations to push your endurance, control and focus. Designed for those ready to step beyond their foundation and explore their edge.
